Alexandra has loved baking and cooking for as long as she can remember, so she is finally pursuing her dream of becoming a pastry chef by studying at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec. She also makes personalized birthday cakes in her spare time, because although the desserts are ephemeral, she loves the joy they bring her customers.
When trying to think of a name for her company, a word with two meanings came to mind: blondie. She is blond and there happens to be a dessert named blondie. She will now have to remain blond forever for her brand to make sense.
MY SPECIALTY
I specialize in customized birthday cakes but can also make multiple types of dessert for any event. Feel free to browse the gallery as well as the menu.
ORDER DELAY
Your request should be placed a minimum of two (2) weeks before the event. I will confirm whether there are availabilities for your order.
PICKUP/DELIVERY
I am based in Saint-Hubert, Quebec. Delivery can be included at a price for any location up to 15 kilometers away, or your order may be picked up free of charge.
